Sound Healing – Floor & Cocoon Experiences- 60-90 minutes
Be transported into a world of vibration and resonance. Sound Healing works with the ancient wisdom that sound moves energy, balances the nervous system, and restores harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.
In floor sessions, you’ll lie comfortably supported while waves of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments wash over you.
In cocoon sessions, you’ll be held in a silk cocoon, gently suspended, as you float in sound—an experience that invites deep rest, nervous system reset, and a sense of returning home to yourself.

This session is not about fixing or pushing change. It is about easing, softening, and holding space with dignity and presence.
