Procedures and Policies

At Earthern.Soul, every ceremony and healing session is held with deep care, integrity, and intention.
The following policies are in place to ensure clarity, respect, and a smooth experience for us both.

By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings & Payments

1:1 In-Person Holistic Healing Sessions

Payment is required at the time of your appointment.

Cash is preferred.
Square card payments are available; however, processing fees may apply.

A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled time may result in a $25 late cancellation fee at my discretion.

1:1 Online Sessions & Packages

Full prepayment is required to secure your booking.

Your session is confirmed once payment has been received.

A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session within a package.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $25 late cancellation fee at my discretion.

Package sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Package Timeframes

To maintain the integrity and momentum of each journey, the following completion windows apply:

• The Cacao Journey: A Heart-Led Rite of Passage — to be completed within 8 weeks of first session date
• The Embodied Shift Breath Pack — to be completed within 8 weeks of first session date
• The Embodied Expansion Breath Journey — to be completed within 13 weeks of first session date

Unused sessions beyond these timeframes may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in text message or email between yourself and Jarna

Group Sessions & Events

Group bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for refund, or reschedule

Where appropriate, a credit may be issued at my discretion following discussion.

For ticketed events, cancellations may be managed via the ticketing link where applicable.

Ceremonies

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your ceremony date.

The remaining balance is due prior to the ceremony date as outlined in your personalised Service Agreement in which you receive on enquiry and booking any ceremony

Detailed ceremony terms, inclusions, and policies are provided within your Ceremony Kit and Service Agreement.

Illness & Unforeseen Circumstances

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. The health and wellbeing of all involved is a priority. In Group Bookings scenarios, the 24hour cancellation does apply if your space was not able to be filled in time of event

In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil a booking due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or suitable solution.
