Service Description

Step into the world of crystal singing bowls through this intimate, hands-on 4-hour experiential workshop. Crystal Bowl Foundations is designed to give you the practical foundations, understanding and confidence to begin exploring sound in your own way. Together we’ll explore bowl tones and vibration, mallets and playing techniques, striking and circling, finding the sweet spot, volume and pressure, rhythm and silence, layering multiple bowls, intuitive listening and the foundations of weaving a simple sound journey. This is not about learning a perfect formula or becoming a “sound healer” in a day. It’s about learning through experience — playing, listening, feeling, experimenting and beginning to trust your own relationship with sound. Plenty of hands-on practice and individual guidance will be woven throughout our time together. No previous experience is required and you do not need to own your own crystal bowls. Your workshop includes an Earthern Sound Crystal Bowl Foundations workbook, access to crystal bowls throughout the workshop and a Certificate of Participation.
